Disclosed are a GLP-1-mimicking pharmaceutical composition for treating type 2 diabetes and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pharmaceutical composition contains polyethylene gylcol loxenatide, a physiologically acceptable buffer with the pH of 3.0-7.0, and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The pharmaceutical composition has good drug stability.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique mimant le GLP-1 pour le traitement du diabète de type 2 et son procédé de préparation, la composition pharmaceutique contenant du polyéthylène gylcol loxenatide, un tampon physiologiquement acceptable ayant un pH de 3,0 à 7,0, et des excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. La composition pharmaceutique a une stabilité de médicament élevée.
