SOLUTION: The bag body opening apparatus 2 which opens the bag body H storing a powder-like or liquid-like content and takes the content in the bag body H outside, includes a closely attaching means 7 for forming a closed space S closely attached to the outer surface of the bag body H and defined from the outside while covering a part of the outer surface of the bag body H, and a tubular member 8 and a blade tool 10 for opening the bag body H in the closed space S formed by the close attachment of the closely attaching means 7 to the outer surface of the bag body H.
