PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held type massage machine in which intensity of massage force can be easily changed without changing massage means or massage output.SOLUTION: A hand-held type massage machine 1 includes: a body part 2 formed of a first frame body 3, a second frame body 4, and a third frame body 5 and massage means 7 provided inside the body part 2. The first frame body 3 has a first treatment part 31, and a first holding part 32. The second frame body 4 has a second treatment part 41, and a second holding part 42. The first treatment part 31 has a first contact surface 33, and the second treatment part 41 has a second contact surface 43. The massage means 7 is provided between the first contact surface 33 and the second contact surface 43.
