PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a disadvantage that a proper posture change control cannot be executed for a long time or a work device is adversely affected by mud even when a posture of a travel machine body or work device is suddenly changed due to irregularity or the like on a field.SOLUTION: The paddy field work machine includes: a hydraulic cylinder 5 operated to change a posture of a work device with respect to a machine body, the work device supported so as to change the posture with respect to a travel machine body a height detection sensor 19 detecting the posture of the work device with respect to the machine body a control device 16 executing posture change control controlling actuation of the hydraulic cylinder 5 to allow the work device to take a target posture with respect to the machine body an acceleration sensor 21 detecting acceleration of posture change of the work device. When the acceleration of posture change detected by the acceleration sensor 21 is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, the control device 16 stops the posture change control until a predetermined condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
