摘要:
The present invention relates to a device for the surgical treatment of a bedsore. According to the present invention, a bedsore-affected part can be treated on an ongoing basis while a patient with the bedsore lies on his or her back without any movement or posture change. The present invention includes a mattress where through-holes are formed at respective positions corresponding to main bedsore-affected parts so that the bedsore-affected parts are exposed downward when a bedsore patient lies down; a frame that is provided with the mattress thereon and supports the mattress at a distance from a ground surface; a surgical treatment block that is positioned below the mattress, is moved by orthogonal transporting means of the frame in response to operation by an operator to be arranged at the position corresponding to the bedsore-affected part, and then performs surgical treatment on the bedsore-affected part; a control box that is electrically connected to the surgical treatment block and the orthogonal transporting means for control signal exchange and is provided with a plurality of control levers and buttons so that the surgical treatment block and the orthogonal transporting means are selectively operated by the operator; and an observation camera module that is provided in the surgical treatment block and images the bedsore-affected part which is exposed through the through-hole of the mattress. Operations such as antiseptic solution injection, drying, UV irradiation, regenerative laser irradiation, and infrared irradiation can be performed on the bedsore-affected part while the bedsore-affected part is observed by the operator through a display with the bedsore patient lying on his or her back and no pressure or frictional force given to the bedsore-affected part. In addition, a systemic bedsore treatment program for bedsore treatment is established while the operations are applied so that standardized bedsore treatment techniques become available regardless
