PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work vehicle capable of performing proper land preparation according to planting depth of seedlings.SOLUTION: There is provided a sulky rice transplanter comprising a travel vehicle body； and a seedling planting device which is coupled to a rear part of the travel vehicle body so as to be lifted up and down. The seedling planting device comprises: a seedling mount table on which seedlings can be mounted； a support frame 120 for slidably supporting the seedling mount table in a lateral direction； a planting transmission case 130 and a planting can 131 which are coupled to the support frame 120, and plant the seedlings on the farm field； a land preparation device 160 which is provided on a front side of the planting transmission case 130 and the planting can 131 so as to be lifted up and down, and performs land preparation of the farm field； and a land preparation device lifting motor 170 for lifting up and down the land preparation device 160.
