To provide antibodies that bind to CD3 and methods of using the same.SOLUTION: Bispecific antibodies are provided comprising a first antigen-binding domain that binds to human CD3 and a second antigen-binding domain that binds to a target antigen. The first antigen-binding domain is derived from an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that induces human T cell proliferation and monkey T cell proliferation in vitro. The first antigen-binding domain is bispecific antibodies comprising 6 complementarity determining regions (CDR) in an amino acid sequence pair of a heavy chain variable region (HCVR)/light chain variable region (LCVR) which is a specific amino acid sequence.
