PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant antibody that is an antibody used for the treatment of prostate cancer and binds to prostate-specific stem cell antigen (PSCA).SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an antibody comprises complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) having specific amino acid sequences: CDRs of the variable region of a light chain, CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 and CDRs of the variable region of a heavy chain, CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3, and binds to prostate-specific stem cell antigen. In the antibody, preferably, the variable region comprises a humanized aminated sequence. According to the present invention, in particular, the antibody can be used as a medicinal product for the treatment of tumor diseases, or as a diagnostic agent.
