PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic data generation apparatus capable of determining a mental disease such as depression in a simplified manner.SOLUTION: A diagnostic data generation apparatus includes m-dimensional average number-of-vectors calculation means 7 and m+1-dimensional average number-of-vectors calculation means 8 which respectively determine the m-dimensional average number of vectors and the m+1-dimensional average number of vectors, with a distance d changed. Disorder calculation means 9 determines microscopic disorder of pulse waves, on the basis of the m+1-dimensional average number of vectors and the m-dimensional average number of vectors with the distance d changed. Generation means 10 generates a change graph of the microscopic disorder of the pulse waves.
