PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the frequency of a metabolite spectrum with sufficient accuracy.SOLUTION: After prescanning for obtaining the reference value fw0 of a center frequency of water is performed, main scanning is performed. In the main scanning, a sequence group Gi (i=1 to n) having metabolite sequences MS1-MS4 and a water sequence WS is executed. On the basis of a difference between the center frequency of water obtained by the water sequence WS and the reference value fw0 of the center frequency of water, the frequency of metabolite spectrums Mi1-Mi4 obtained by the metabolite sequences MS1-MS4 is corrected. Thereafter, the phase of the metabolite spectrum after frequency correction is corrected and addition is performed.
