PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial tooth for remains which can be easily and stably attached in the mouth of remains.SOLUTION: An artificial tooth 1 for remains includes: a row of teeth 3 having arranged artificial teeth 2 a denture base 4 for covering the base end part of the row of teeth 3 a wire member 5 disposed on the rear surface of the row of teeth 3 to keep the arch shape of the row of teeth 3 and a fixing member 6 used to fix the row of teeth 3 to a wadding in the mouth of the remains. The fixing member 6 is a projecting member which projects from the rear surface of the row of teeth 3 and is stuck to the wadding.
