The present invention relates to an abdominal paracentesis device comprising a connecting unit. According to the present invention, the abdominal paracentesis device comprising connecting unit includes: a first paracentesis needle formed to perform puncture in an abdominal cavity of a target and having a seroperitoneum flowing path inside to allow the seroperitoneum to flow a connecting unit and a second paracentesis needle inserted into the first paracentesis needle which is combined to a first connection part through a second connection part.
