CONSTITUTION: A fruit bag is manufactured by overlapping an inner bag(20) on an outer bag to be slightly pushed, bending the longitudinal coupling part of a back side with a cover part(11) of the lower front side, and spreading an adhesive on the back side thereof for coupling. A protection rod(21) is located near the open part of the outer bag upper part, is protruded upwards, and forms a plurality of pleated parts. A clamping piece(100) is attached to the upper part of the outer bag and the inner side of the open part is unfolded into a circle when applying force to both ends of the clamping piece. The clamping piece is formed by coupling both ends of a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece(102).
