To provide a device for improving the accuracy of grasping the state of a user during sleep.SOLUTION: A sleep state measuring device comprises: a neck band 11 which is configured to be attachable along a circumferential direction of a user's neck； and a sensor unit which is attached to the neck band 11. The sensor unit includes: a sound sensor for acquiring a throat sound of the user； optical sensors 21 and 22； and an acceleration sensor 23 for measuring the body movement of the user.
