A medical device includes a tube comprising a proximal end, a distal end, and only a single wall extending longitudinally between the proximal and distal ends of the tube, the wall comprising a proximal portion and a distal portion. The device includes a port in flow communication with an exterior of the tube at the proximal portion of the tube. An inflatable member surrounds the wall at the distal portion of the tube. A fluid passage extends longitudinally through the wall of the tube, the fluid passage comprising a first end and an opposite second end.
