The invention relates to a finger joint prosthesis with a joint body 14 having first and second joint elements which are connected to each other so as to pivot about a rotation axis and from which there extend respective anchoring strips 30, 32 for securing on a proximal and/or distal phalanx, wherein the anchoring strips 30, 32 can have one or more securing eyelets 40, 42, 44 with openings for receiving fixing screws. In order to achieve better primary and secondary fixation, it is proposed that, distally from the rotation axis, a securing element be provided at an end position on the anchoring strip 30, 32 of at least one joint element.
