Disclosed is a processing method for corn-based feed grain, as a method for processing feed grain using corn as raw feed, comprising the steps of: (a) supplying corn as raw feed； (b) soaking the corn in water； (c) steaming the soaked corn； (d) inoculating the steamed corn with a strain and fermenting the inoculated corn； (e) enzymatically treating the fermented corn； and (f) drying the enzymatically treated corn. The present invention determines optimum enzymatic treatment and fermentation conditions in manufacturing single-ingredient feed using corn as raw feed； and relates to corn-based feed grain having increased gelatinization rate and free sugar content and improving the digestion rate and growth of livestock.
