The present invention relates to a composition containing as an active ingredient, exosomes derived from stem cells differentiating into chondrocytes for inducing chondrogenic differentiation or cartilage tissue regeneration； a medium composition containing the composition for inducing chondrogenic differentiation； an injectable composition for cartilage tissue regeneration； and a pharmaceutical composition for treating cartilage diseases. In an embodiment of the present invention, the composition for inducing chondrogenic differentiation or cartilage tissue regeneration contains exosomes derived from stem cells differentiating into chondrocytes as an active component. Exosomes secreted during the differentiation of stem cells contain genes and proteins, which are related to cell proliferation of stem cells and regeneration, and also growth factors related to chondrogenic differentiation such that the exosomes are highly effective in inducing regeneration of damaged cartilage tissues. Also, while minimizing the side effects of conventional cell therapeutics, the exosomes can rapidly deliver active materials into the cell. Therefore, the injectable composition for preventing and treating cartilage diseases can alleviate the pain in patients through a simple procedure, and also can enable continuous and effective treatments after the procedure.본 발명은 연골세포로 분화되고 있는 줄기세포로부터 추출된 엑소좀을 유효성분으로 포함하는 연골세포 분화 유도 또는 연골조직 재생용 조성물, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 연골세포 분화 유도용 배지 조성물, 연골조직 재생용 주사제 및 연골 질환 치료용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구체예에 따른 연골세포 분화 유도 또는 연골 재생용 조성물은 연골세포로 분화하는 줄기세포로부터 추출한 엑소좀을 유효인자로 포함하고 있다. 줄기세포의 분화과정에서 분비되는 엑소좀은 줄기세포의 세포증식, 재생과 관련된 유전자, 단백질뿐만 아니라 연골세포 분화관련 성장인자들을 함유하고 있어 손상된 연골조직의 재생 유도가 뛰어나다. 또한, 기존 세포치료제에 대한 부작용은 최소화하면서 세포 유래 전달체로서 안정적이면서 신속하게 효능물질을 세포 내로 전달할 수 있다. 따라서 연골 질환의 예방 및 치료를 위한 주사제 조성물로서 간단한 시술로 환자의 고통을 줄여줄 뿐만 아니라 시술 후 지속적이면서 효과적인 연골 질환 치료가 가능하다.
