PURPOSE: An auxiliary device of a 3D image acquisition system and a method for acquiring 3D image including a craniofacial head and neck portion are provided to maximize the precision of a obtained image by automatically conforming a three-dimensional image including the anatomical information of a craniofacial head and neck portion and an image in which the feature information about an inner oral structure is scanned. CONSTITUTION: A tray accepts an inner oral structure which is included in a craniofacial head and neck portion. A connecting member(200) connects a 3D image acquisition system(300) and the tray. The connecting member comprises a rotation part(210), a first end part(220), a second end part(230), and a flow sensing part(240). The flow sensing part senses the straight line and/or rotation flow amount of the rotation part. The 3D image acquisition system obtains the 3D image including the craniofacial image of the head and neck portion.본 발명은 두경부를 포함하는 환자의 3차원 영상을 획득하는 장치 및 획득방법에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 영상에 기반한 시술과정에서 진단 등에 활용되는 여러 종류의 영상을 3차원 영상획득장치와 소정의 위치관계로 연결된 구강내 장착물을 이용하여 자동적으로 정합하고, 획득되는 영상의 정밀도를 극대화 할 수 있으며, 영상좌표계와 시술장치 등의 좌표계를 손쉽게 동기화 할 수 있는 3차원 영상획득장치의 보조 장치물 및 3차원 영상획득방법에 데한 것이다.본 발명의 3차원 영상획득장치의 보조 장치물은 환자의 두경부가 포함된 3차원 영상을 획득을 위한 보조 장치물에 있어서, 상기 두경부에 포함된 구강 내 조직을 수용할 수 있는 트레이와, 상기 3차원 영상을 획득하는 장치와 상기 트레이를 연결하는 연결부재를 포함하되, 상기 연결부재는 상기 트레이를 상기 3차원 영상을 획득하는 장치의 좌표계에서 소정 위치관계로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 3차원 영상획득장치의 보조 장치물은 이종의 영상을 간단하고 정밀하게 정합할 수 있으며, 획득된 영상이 활용될 다른 장치와 손쉽게 동기화를 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
