PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition having suitable viscosity preventing drip-off and ensuring good foamability and foam retention on hair.SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic composition contains an ether type nonionic surfactant, a higher alcohol and a high molecular compound.
