Disclosed are a novel crystal form of Dabrafenib mesylate and preparation method thereof. The novel crystal form of the present invention is more stable in water or an aqueous system, and has greater solubility and dissolution in water, thus having better stability and bioavailability compared with the existing crystal forms.La présente invention se rapporte à une nouvelle forme cristalline de mésylate de dabrafenib et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci. La nouvelle forme cristalline selon la présente invention est plus stable dans leau ou un système aqueux, et présente une meilleure solubilité et dissolution dans leau, ce qui lui confère une plus grande stabilité et une biodisponibilité plus élevée comparativement aux formes cristallines existantes.
