PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a material to be scattered in a hopper to flow down precisely to a scattering part regardless of the shape of a hopper mounted on a fertilizer-scattering apparatus.SOLUTION: Fertilizer 105 stored in the hopper 102 drops from a bottom opening 102B of the hopper 102 opened and closed by a shutter part 104 to a scattering part 103, and is scattered therefrom. A rotary boss-supporter 151 arranged in the hopper 102 has a first shaft part 204 extended upward from the bottom opening 102B, a first supporting part 152 extended horizontally so as to be orthogonal thereto, and a second shaft part 153 protruded therefrom so as to be parallel to the first shaft part 204. A rotary boss 154 is installed in the second shaft part 153 so as to be freely rotatable in the revolving direction. The terminal part of an arm 158 extended in the aslant upper direction from the rotary boss 154 is connected to a rail body 109 crossing the upper side of an inner wall of the hopper 102 so as to be freely slidable.
