PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finely regulate the application amount of a material to be sprayed charged in a hopper without increasing the size of a fertilizer-spraying apparatus.SOLUTION: A spraying section 103 sprays the fertilizer 105 dropped from the hopper 102. A regulating section 104 is provided between the hopper 102 and the spraying section 103, and constituted by overlapping a bottom plate 201, a shutter plate 202 and a switching plate 203 so as to slide one another. A plurality of first dropping holes arranged in a circumferential direction with a central focus on the center point 208 thereof are formed at the bottom plate 201. A first closing area larger than the first dropping hole is provided between the first dropping holes. The shutter plate 202 is rotated in an axial direction of an agitator shaft 159 so as to change the opening area of the first dropping hole between in a fully open state and in a closed state.
