The second composition comprises an adverse-effect agent in an effective amount and comprises a therapeutic agent effective amount of the first composition. Adverse-effect agent, is coated with a coating of substantially insoluble in the gastrointestinal tract. In one embodiment, the reverse action agents are covered by Sanka layer and a base layer Allowed . The therapeutic agent can be coated with a coating having a base layer and allowed acid Allowed layer or is uncoated.
