PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synchronize the information processing as a higher layer application in information communication terminals performing radio communication by making use of a synchronization signal for general-purpose radio system based communication circuits.SOLUTION: An information communication terminal 100 comprises: a radio communication unit 110 which performs radio communication and a processing unit 120 which executes given information processing. The radio communication unit 110 includes a radio communication synchronization establishment unit 112 which transmits a synchronization signal for establishing synchronization of radio communication with external equipment to establish synchronization of radio communication with external equipment, and a control unit 116 which executes a process of outputting an interrupt signal to a processor with the radio communication synchronized timing or a count control process for counting a relative time of day from the radio communication synchronized timing.
