The present invention relates to an osteotome comprising: a handle unit (01) capable of checking directionality on an upper end； a blade unit (02) having a concave curved surface for stably draping across an upper portion of zygomatic arch for breaking in a lower end of the handle unit (01)； and a guide unit (03) which is branch-formed on one side of the blade unit (02), and is inserted inside a groove of the zygomatic arch when breaking the zygomatic arch.
