A massage device, comprising: a massage ball (2), a first case (3), a second case (4), a magnetic cylinder (5), a controller (6), a circular sliding track (7), and an inflating device. The circular sliding track (7) is disposed on an internal surface of the first case (3). The circular sliding track (7) is internally provided with a plurality of circular holes (1). Each of the circular holes (1) is internally provided with a massage ball (2). The inflating device is connected to the circular sliding track (7). When the massage device is sleeved around a body part of a user, the inflating device inflates the circular sliding track (7) to press the circular sliding track (7) against the body part of the user. The controller (6) is electrically connected to the magnetic cylinder (5).
