The present invention relates to a joint device linked to a syringe for administering a patient with a liquid drug housed in an intravenous drip or the like, and relates to a transfusion set comprising the joint device. According to the present invention, disclosed is a joint device of which one end links through to a needle unit having a needle attached thereto, and the other end links through to a linking tube in which a solution flows, wherein said joint device comprises: a body section of which both ends are open and the inside is formed so as to have a liquid-drug space, and of which one end is linked so as to be passed through by the liquid-drug space and the needle unit a first end section linking through to the body section, and a second end section linking through to the linking tube and a joint section which has a link-through tube for passing through and linking the first end part and the second end part, and, here, at least one part of the link-through tube is bent such that the opening direction of the first end section and the opening direction of the second end section are not in opposite directions to each other.
