PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an inspection time and reduce an exposure dose of a subject.SOLUTION: A medical inspection system of an embodiment includes a first medical image diagnostic apparatus and a second medical image diagnostic apparatus. The first medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a designation reception part, a calculation part, and a symbol generation part. The designation reception part receives designation of an object position for an X-ray image. The calculation part calculates a distance between the object position and a first reference position based on the object position, the position of an X-ray detector, and the first reference position determined beforehand. The symbol generation part generates a symbol representing both the distance and the information that can identify a subject. The second medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a symbol conversion part, a position specification part, and a drive part control part. The symbol conversion part converts the symbol into the distance and the information that can identify the subject. The position specification part specifies the corresponding position based on the distance and a second reference position determined beforehand.
