The present invention relates to an upper limb hemiparelysis rehabilitation system, which comprises a track platform, a push cart, and a rehabilitation recorder device. The track platform comprises an extended track that allows the push cart to linearly and reciprocally move thereon. The push cart has a carriage box on which a first identification tag is mounted. The rehabilitation recorder device comprises an identification tag sensor and a control host device. The identification tag sensor is mounted to the track platform to correspond to the extended track in order to detect the first identification tag so that the control host device records the rounds of the push cart linearly and reciprocally moving on the extended track.
