PURPOSE: A composition containing red algae extract mixture and a method for making the same are provided to suppress direct UV irradiation and to recover skin damage through cell regeneration. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 1-30 weight% of red algae extract of Porphyra tenera and Gelidium amansii as an ingredient for UV protection. The red algae are cultured using a photoreactor and light emitting diode(LED). The red algae extract is isolated using purified water, methanol, ethanol, butanol, glycerin, ethyl acetate, butylenes glycol, propylene glycol, dichloromethane, or hexane. The cosmetic composition is an UV protective lotion, cream, emulsion and gel.본 발명은 해양 홍조류 추출 혼합물을 자외선 흡수성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 자외선A를 흡수하여 피부에 자외선이 직접 조사되는 것을 억제하고 자외선에 의한 산화를 방지하고 세포재생을 통하여 피부손상을 회복시키는 작용효과를 나타낸다.
