PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgical apparatus capable of appropriately supplying perfusate into an eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic surgical apparatus 1 supplies perfusate into a patient's eye E from a perfusate container 17 containing the perfusate. The ophthalmic surgical apparatus 1 comprises a perfusion passage 5, a non-positive displacement pump 50, a perfusion pressurizing motor 51, and a control unit 40. The perfusion passage 5 guides the perfusate in the perfusate container 17 to a surgical instrument to be inserted into the eye. The non-positive displacement pump 50 provided in the perfusion passage 5 includes a vane-like rotor which is rotatable without shutting off the perfusion passage 5. The perfusion pressurizing motor 51 rotates the rotor to exert pressure to the perfusate.
