PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic treatment accelerating device which can efficiently give vibration to a tooth to be aligned with a multi-bracket device attached to the tooth, and can possibly be prevented from unexpected intervention with the bracket etc.SOLUTION: The multi-bracket device 6 for aligning a row of teeth 3 is required to be attached in advance. A vibration generating part 11, a contact part 12, a transmitting part 13 for transmitting the vibration of the vibration generating part 11 to the contact part 12, a power supply part 16 for driving the vibration generating part 11 and a control part 17 are structured. At least the power supply part 16 and the control part 17 of the structure 10A for vibration are arranged on the outside of an oral cavity, and the contact part 12 is inserted into the oral cavity from the outside.
