The present invention relates to an enteric pellet formulation which comprises an enteric layer including: a) core comprising an inert core and duloxetine hydrochloride b) a separation layer formed on the surface of the core and comprising hypromellose, sucrose, and talc and c) hypromellose phthalate which is formed on the surface of the separation layer, contains 21-27%of phthalyl group, and is dissolved in pH 5 or higher, and to a method for preparing the same.
