The present invention relates to a stabilized tablet containing bupropion hydrochloride, and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a tablet of bupropion hydrochloride, which is stable and easily prepared, by being prepared to contain 7.5-30 parts by weight of cysteine hydrochloride as a stabilizer for 100 parts by weight of the bupropion hydrochloride, and to contain 3-10 wt% of talc and calcium stearate based on total weight of the tablet as a lubricant, and to a manufacturing method thereof.본 발명은 부프로피온 염산염을 함유하는 안정화된 정제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 부프로피온 염산염 100 중량부에 대하여 안정화제로서 시스테인 염산염 7.5 내지 30 중량부를 함유하고, 활택제로서 탈크 및 스테아르산칼슘을, 전체 정제의 중량을 기준으로 3 내지 10 중량%의 양으로 함유하도록 제제화됨으로써 보다 안정하고 제제화가 용이한 부프로피온 염산염의 정제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
