An acupressure apparatus including a manually adjustable head strap, with a flexible material, extending around the circumference of a user's head, and which can be manually adjusted using any of the following: a hook segment； a loop segment； a button； a buttonhole； a snap； and a snap receptacle. The acupressure apparatus includes a rigid protrusion with a rigid material formed into an essentially domed shape. The protrusion can be affixed to a point of the head strap such that the dome faces the user's glabella. When the user manually adjusts the length of the head strap, the rigid protrusion applies pressure on the user's glabella.
