Disclosed is a physiological data acquisition assembly with a physiological data acquisition module (50) and a head harness (10). The head harness (10) includes a base strap (42) adapted to be adjustably secured around the circumference of a head of a user and an upper housing portion configured to house the physiological data acquisition module (50). Longitudinally extending straps (18, 20) detachably secure the upper housing portion on top of the head of the user by detachably securing the upper housing portion to the base strap (42). The assembly further includes an electrode snap connector assembly for use on an active electrode (68) and an electrode snap connector assembly for use on a reference electrode (69).
