PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem that the seaweed decrease thereby baring rock terrains and the like of sea bottoms, that is, so-called rocky-shore denudation, comes to an issue in recent years, especially in the Japan Sea side coast region in North Japan, wherein, as a reason, insufficiency of plant nutrient sources such as fallen leaves, branches and leaves, and fallen trees, flowing-in from the mountain forests through rivers, caused by repair of a revetment, dikes and the like of the rivers, is involved.SOLUTION: The structure for marine resource activation, low in cost, very easy in fixing the seaweeds, effective as aquaculture of the seaweed itself, and contributing to activation of fish resources as fishing banks or spawning grounds of fishes, can be obtained by a simple method including using a structure for marine resource activation provided by containing, in a net or fiber product bag, a compound of a plant material mixture of forest products containing, as a main material, wood chips including as a raw material, wood containing at least thinnings, grain byproducts and the like, and a marine product material except materials originated in a shell or a cephalopod, and, thereby, can much contribute to industries.【課題】近年、特に北日本の日本海側沿岸地域では、海藻が減少して海底の岩場等がむき出しになる所謂磯焼けが問題となっている。この原因のひとつとして、河川の護岸、堤防等の整備によって山林から河川を経由して流入する落葉、枝葉、倒木等の植物性の栄養源の不足が挙げられている。【解決手段】少なくとも間伐材を含む木質を原料とする木材チップを主材料として含む林産物や穀類副産物などの植物性材料の混合物と、貝類又は頭足類に由来する材料を除く水産物材料を混成したものがネット状或いは繊維製の袋に収納されてなる水産資源賦活用構造体を用いるという簡便な方法によって安価に非常に海藻類の定着が容易く海藻自身の養殖漁業として有効であり、さらに漁礁或いは魚類の産卵場所として漁業資源の賦活に寄与する水産資源賦活用構造体を得ることが出来、以って産業に多大なる貢献をする事が出来るものである。【選択図】図１
