PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure and the like between an enteral nutritional therapy catheter and a medical circuit which facilitate a robust connection and connection release between an enteral nutritional therapy catheter and a medical circuit.SOLUTION: A connection structure includes: a first cylindrical part 4 where notch parts 44 are formed from a lower end toward an upper side and a male screw 43 split in the circumferential direction by the notch parts being formed is formed on an outer peripheral surface and a second cylindrical part 7 which is slidably placed on the outer peripheral surface at an upstream side end part of a tube 6 and in which a female screw threadedly engageable with the male screw is formed on an inner peripheral surface.
