The container (20) has an opening (30) at a first end (25) such that the medical equipment (10) is positioned within the container (20), and an actuating means (65, 70) is provided in the device (5) for moving the medical equipment (10) from a first position to a second position. At the first position a portion (55) of the medical equipment (10) extends outside the opening (30), and at the second position the medical equipment (10) with the portion (55) is substantialyy inside the container (20) .
