This invention provides a thermo-sensitive hydrogel pharmaceutical composition containing lipophilic drugs, which contains a composite solution consisting of a plurality of composites and a carrier agent, each composite comprising a lipophilic drug and cyclodextrin covering on the lipophilic drug and having a hydrophilic outer surface and a thermo-sensitive hydrogel that absorbs the composite solution and has a mesh structure, wherein the composites are distributed in the mesh structure of the thermo-sensitive hydrogel. This invention also provides the manufacturing method for the thermo-sensitive hydrogel pharmaceutical composition containing lipophilic drugs. The manufacturing method for the thermo-sensitive hydrogel pharmaceutical composition containing lipophilic drugs of this invention is very simple, and is capable of combining the cyclodextrin that covers the lipophilic drugs and the thermo-sensitive hydrogel together effectively so that the lipophilic drugs will be released according to the variation of the environment temperature.
