The present invention provides a knee joint motion recording device, which utilizes a displacement sensing module and a sound sensing module for sensing displacement and sounds of a patients knee joint generated during activities such as walking and running. The invention utilizes a signal processing module to perform calculation for converting the displacement and sounds into displacement change data and sound data for storage, so as to record the patients daily life activities and the condition of the knee during the activities, such that a professional medical staff can determine the cause, health condition or recovery condition of the knee based on the displacement change data and the sound data, in order to diagnose the disease in a faster and more effective way and further to provide corresponding treatment and entire appropriate care.
