A physiological and activity detection device is used to detect the physiological status of a human body in exercise and the surrounding environment information, comprising a sensor and a fixing member, and the sensor internally has a sensing module, a physiological signal sensor, an actuation sensing module, a positioning module, a micro-processor and a wireless transmission module. This invention is characterized in that: the micro-processor includes a calculation unit and a storage unit through the calculation unit, signals from the physiological signal sensor, actuation sensing module, and the positioning module are calculated to form a display data for storage in the storage unit. When a remote device is in an on-line state, the display data is instantly transmitted to the remote device through the wireless transmission module. Conversely, when the remote device is in an off-line state, the display data remains stores in the storage unit.
