The present invention relates to nanogel with improved antifungal activity and, specifically, to a Poly N-isopropylacrylamide-based nanogel with a surface modified to a cationic ion containing an antifungal agent. According to the present invention, the nanogel, can be manufactured by containing a non-soluble antifungal agent, increasing binding capacity to pathogenic bacteria, and continuously discharging drugs, which is useful for treating various infectious diseases and, particularly, candidiasis.본 발명은 항진균성이 향상된 나노젤에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 항진균제를 함유하고 표면이 양이온성 이온으로 개질된 Poly N-isopropylacrylamide 기반 나노젤에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 불용성 항진균제를 함유할 수 있고 병원균과의 결합력이 증가하며 지속적으로 약물을 방출할 수 있는 나노젤을 제조할 수 있으므로, 다양한 감염성 질환 특히, 칸디다증의 치료에 유용하다.
