ABSTRACT METHODS TO MAGNETICALLY ASSEMBLE MODULARLY PRINTED 3D STRUCTURES, AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF An integrated digital 3D printing method of printing a 3D printed object is disclosed. In one preferred embodiment, the digital 3D printing method comprising: a 3d printing system a plurality of modules, wherein each plurality of modules is assemble/disassemble to form three-dimensional structures using magnetic implants. In other preferred embodiments, a set of instructions for printing of modules indicated, wherein a system generating these set of instructions, a system receiving set of instruction, to manipulate the positions and orientations of the modules within a three-dimensional module a specified object is generated to print modules. In other preferred embodiments, pressure sensors implanted along certain points within the volume of the structures or along the module junctions or along the surface of the structure, wherein the pressure sensors are used to study design- based stress and strain patterns in engineering and architectural models, mechanical deformation studies.
