The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rice product, comprising the steps of: (a) frying dry rice grains into rice crackers; (b) separating fruit pulp and fruit juice from each other of preserved fresh fruit, refrigerating the fruit juice, drying the fruit pulp, and slicing the dried fruit pulp; (c) mixing and cooking thoroughly trehalose, confection syrup, the fruit juice, salt and vegetable oil into a syrup; and (d) uniformly mixing the rice crackers, the dried fruit and the cooked syrup so as to rapidly mold into a rice cracker product. With the foods such as trehalose, nuts, dried fruits and dehydrated vegetables added in the rice products, more selections of health nutrients of the rice products can be obtained. Besides, eating the rice products with the appearances of rice products colored by the natural fruit juices is more enjoyable, and therefore various, colorful rice products with usability and inventiveness can be obtained.本發明係為有關於一種米製品之製造方法,該方法包含下列步驟:(a)取米乾油炸成米菓粒備用;(b)新鮮水果糖漬後,並將水果果肉及水果汁液分開,水果汁液係冷藏存放,且將水果果肉烘乾成果乾,並將果乾切片備用;(c)混合海藻糖、西點糖漿、水果汁液、鹽、植物油熬煮熟成糖漿;(d)取米菓粒、果乾與煮熟成糖漿經拌勻步驟後,快速入模成型米菓成品。藉由添加海藻糖、堅果水果乾、脫水蔬菜乾等食材,可提供健康營養之選擇,且利用天然之水果汁液將米菓製品染色,於食用時更加賞心悅目,達到食材種類豐富以及顏色變化豐富之實用進步性。
