The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating cancer which includes a nucleic acid molecule comprising miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p and miR-760. According to the present invention, miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p and miR-760 are combined to each other in a cancer cell to inhibit CKII alpha gene expression and thus induce ROS synthesis and expression of p53 and p21. Consequently, miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p and miR-760 have an excellent effect to prevent proliferation of cancer cells by inducing cell aging of cancer cells. Therefore, the present invention can be advantageously used for a preventing or treating agent for cancer.본 발명은 miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p 및 miR-760로 구성된 핵산분자를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암의 예방 및 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p 및 miR-760은 암 세포에서 서로 조합하여, CKIIα 유전자의 발현을 억제함으로써 ROS의 생성을 유도하고, p53 및 p21의 발현을 유도함으로써 암 세포에서 세포 노화를 유발하여 암 세포의 증식을 억제하는 효과가 우수하다. 따라서, 본 발명은 암의 예방 또는 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
