The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cellular senescence comprising as an active ingredient a nucleic acid molecule inhibitor consisting of miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p and miR-760. The miR-186, miR-216b, miR-337-3p and miR-760 inhibitors according to the present invention increase the expression of the CKII a gene in the cell, thereby reducing the production of ROS and decreasing the expression of p53 and p21 The effect of preventing or treating aging is excellent.
