PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger for syringes uniformizing a degree of welding at a contact surface between a gasket and a plunger body, and capable of preventing detachment of both, and an occurrence of shape deformation due to positional deviation and distortion of the gasket when fitting the plunger body to the gasket, and a manufacturing method thereof and a medical syringe.SOLUTION: A plunger 21 for syringes according to the present invention includes: a plunger body 20 a connecting part 24 provided at a tip of the plunger body 20 and a gasket 23 whose tip end is closed and rear end is opened, and that stores at least a part of the connecting part 24 from the rear end side. The connecting part 24 includes a recessed portion 27 at a center of a tip end surface thereof, where the recessed portion 27 is a molten resin receiving portion that receives a molten resin for forming the gasket to be supplied when molding the gasket 23.
