PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine that can take cephalometric photographs for a side head and a back-to-front head simply with high reproducibility while allowing the head of a subject to be inclined in the same state in a front-to-back direction and that does not involve a risk occurring in such a case as using an orbitale support rod.SOLUTION: An X-ray machine comprises: a pair of arms 12 and 13 that is arranged to oppose each other across a base line 16 and rotatable around the base line 16 ear rods 17 and 18 arranged on opposing inner side surfaces of the pair of arms 12 and 13 respectively and a head inclination setting device 19 arranged in the arm 13 in order to set the inclination of the head of a subject in a front-to-back direction.
